My dell inspirion 1300 stalls when i get to the Microsoft xp page at the first?
I have a dell inspirion 1300 that i use to watch movies over the internet with and i got the antivirus 2000 virus (i believe that is what it was called?) and after supposedly getting rid of it my computer when it starts up will only get to the microsoft xp page then it stalls and it won’t let me get in my desktop or anything? What could the problem be and how can i fix it?
Could be a corrupt windows OS. You can try going into Safe Mode and seeing if it will load or just reinstall.
